As I informed the organization faculty through admission in charge a few days ago that I am not able to join right now because I will not be present in the country. He told me that my position is confirmed in your organization. I was thankful to hear about it. After he told me about the confirmation of my position, I traveled for Hajj.  

I am now back in the country and I want to start my internship on 4th July. If you accept my application as an absent token, I will be very thankful to you. I hope I do a lot for this program, as I have already shared my thoughts. My name is included in the nutrition department, group C, and I do not want to change it and rather want to work with fellow students to maximize well-being.
